Fall is all about heading back to school – and while our time in a traditional classroom may be long gone – all of us in real estate can continue to learn. That’s why the Pride Settlement & Escrow team is thrilled to invite you to two virtual classes in October from the Maryland Land Title Association that are designed just for real estate professionals like you.

Our own Lee-Anne Rodriguez is leading both classes. Each course is $10, but if you use the code Pride at checkout you can get 50% off (code is case sensitive),  and will be held via Zoom. These classes don’t qualify for title CE credit. However, you can earn 1.5 hours of Category F Maryland credit for each presentation. (Both sessions are open to non-Maryland real estate professionals too, but CE qualifications could vary.)

Lee-Anne is a veteran MLTA educator who loves to share her insight on various topics. She’s also a certified HOP Leader through the American Land Title Association.

Deeds – Oct. 10 – 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The first offering is a Maryland Title Association class geared toward real estate agents and is all about reading and understanding the deed of a property – and then explaining why this knowledge is key for your potential clients. Click here to register or learn more.

Social Media Advertising – Oct. 26 – 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The second class covers everything real estate professionals need to know about social media success and compliance. This class is designed to be a collaborative session, and we’re excited to share some wonderful ideas to help you up your social media game this holiday season and beyond. Click here to register or learn more.

Being always being willing to learn is how the best professionals in the business continue to thrive, and Le-Anne, Leigh and the rest of the team always love sharing our knowledge and expertise with those around us.
